Environment Monitoring
Monitor System-Critical Appliances
We encourage businesses to monitor system-critical appliances and applications that require a high degree of uptime and reliability. This can range from your file server, high-capicity desktop computers, routers, printers or any other device you deem appropriate.
Rainmaker will work with you to tailor a monitoring solution that fits perfectly with your business needs.
As standard practice and by extention of our commitment to ensure the high-availability of Rainmaker services, our staff gratuitously monitor key components that impact on service delivery.
Diagnose Problems, Before They Become Issues
By monitoring and reporting on a range of system-critical components, Rainmaker can provide real-time information about potential problems.
Pre-determined "high water mark" thresholds are configured on each component, which feeds back into the reporting server. When a high water mark is reached, an automated alert notice is immediately dispatched which allows Rainmaker staff to provide you with precise information on the component, current usage level and the best course of action to alleviate the problem. This safeguards against system downtime by resolving problems as soon as they become known, not after it's too late.
Proactive Workplace Management
Rainmaker is fully committed to proactive workplace management. A simple example: Rainmaker can setup automated email requests to your office supply company to order ink refills when levels start running low.
Our proactive, not reactive, model is something we pride ourselves on and we encourage all businesses to work smarter, not harder.
Even though we don't do desktop support, Rainmaker has been structured in a way which allows us to work in perfect harmony with traditional IT firms. Through this structure, along with clever reporting tools, we can provide you and your IT guys a proactive model of support where issues are fixed before them become problems.
